When I started on my own personal journey toward health, I was very conscious of the foods and ingredients I used in my kitchen. However, I had not been paying attention to the ingredients in my makeup or my kids’ shampoo. Then my son had a serious allergic reaction to sunscreen. After an allergist confirmed the ingredients in the sunscreen were the culprit, I set out to find a new brand that was safe for him and my whole family. I discovered beautycounter.
